LIMITED WARRANTY


WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES COVER

This limited Warranty certifies that the guttering systems installed by Gutters 4 Less are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of installation against sagging, pulling loose, leaking, or not functioning correctly due to improper installation. 


WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The Limited Warranty does not cover: Damage caused by owner abuse, malicious and/or intention destruction or damage caused to the gutter system. Any acts of Vandalism. Natural wear and or change to finish or color caused by wind, rail, hail, ice, snow, or by any other Act of God or other environmental conditions. Damage or defects which are the result of characteristics common to the materials used or conditions resulting from condensation, expansion, or contraction of such materials. Any damage to the home as a result of damage to the gutter system. Any alterations or modifications made by anyone other than Gutters 4 Less. Any defect or damage caused by another person or contractor’s work to the building or home following the gutter installation including any work performed to the roof, fascia, drip edge or shingles. Any water going behind their gutters as a result of shingles less than 1 inch past the drip edge or fascia. Any damage caused by fire. Any damage caused by foreign objects. Any damage or malfunction caused by building or home structure or settling or foundational distortion. 


WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMERS OBLIGATIONS

Customers, in order to be eligible for any benefits set forth in this Limited Warranty, must provide regular maintenance and debris removal from the gutter system including the gutters, elbows, downspouts, extensions and drainage pipes. Failure to provide evidence of regular maintenance may void any warranty. 


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Customers must notify Gutters 4 Less within five (5) days of any claimed damage or as soon as said damage is discovered by phone and email. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing via email to info@gutters4lessga.com with details and pictures reflecting the damage and the location that the damage is in. A Gutters 4 Less representative will contact you within two (2) business days to schedule a mutually convenient time within fourteen (14) business days for a Gutters 4 Less project manager to make a visit to determine the cause. If it is discovered that the damage is not covered under the Limited Warranty a service call charge of $200 will be charged to the customer. If the job has been completed within the past thirty (30) days there is no charge. A credit card number must be obtained and on file with the office before the appointment can be set. If it is deemed to be an install issue no charge will take place.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

The contract may be terminated by the owner within three (3) business days following the day of execution of this agreement by written notice to 

info@gutters4less.com. Gutters 4 Less will allow one (1) rescheduling installation appointment at no charge to the customer. Rescheduling of installations after is an additional charge of $100.00 added to the job cost. Gutter4 Less can not be held liable for any delay or non performance caused by an Act of God, weather, strikes, unavailability of materials, work related accidents such as a company vehicle or a family member's death.


GUTTER HELMET DISCLAIMER

Gutter Helmets are specifically made to keep tree debris out of the gutters and downspouts to prevent clogging and causing foundation and exterior issues. Some water will run over the gutter helmets when a roof pitch is over a 9/12 pitch and when there is torrential rainfall.

It is the homeowners responsibility to keep debris off of the top helmets for them to function properly.


GUTTER INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT Gutters 4 Less is not responsible for removing any outside furniture or barbecue grills. The homeowner will be responsible to remove any and all outside items that are in close proximity to the house prior to the gutter installation. The homeowner will also be responsible to remove all vehicles in the driveway and or from the roadway to allow us to have access to park our company truck as all gutters are made on site.


OUTDOOR LIGHTING DISCLAIMER

Gutters 4 Less is not responsible for disconnecting or reconnecting any outdoor lighting that is installed through the gutters or the downspouts. That is the responsibility of the homeowner. If the Homeowner would like Gutters 4 Less to remove the outdoor light and reinstall the outdoor light back to its original place Gutters 4 Less will provide this service at a price determined by Gutters 4 Less. All said lighting must be in working order prior to removal and reinstallation. 



By signing and accepting this contract, the Homeowner/Customer acknowledges that they have read and fully understands all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
