Reading through them, three themes repeat more than anything else.
Pricing is the first. Customers consistently mention that the quote was competitive and that the final number matched it. "No surprises" and "within budget" appear across reviews from different years and different crews.
Communication is the second. Several customers specifically note being told when something was found that needed attention, rather than discovering it later on an invoice.
